A Greenfield Platform Built for Sterile Injectable Manufacturing

Virat Infusions is developing a greenfield injectable facility spread across approximately 100,000 sq ft in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The manufacturing plan comprises seven dedicated lines covering large volume parenterals, small volume parenterals, flexible infusion bags, multi-chamber bags, liquid ampoules and vials with lyophilisation capability.

High-purity Water-for-Injection (WFI) generation via multi-column distillation with continuous hot recirculating distribution loops maintained above 80°C.
HVAC Zoning & Cleanrooms
Zoned air handling units (AHUs) with HEPA filtration providing strict positive differential pressure cascades from Grade A/B critical aseptic zones to Grade C/D corridors.
Sterilisation Autoclaves
High-capacity superheated water spray autoclaves and terminal sterilisation systems programmed with validated F0 cycles tailored to heat-stable solutions.
